Oliver Hospitality Pride Month Recap

At Oliver Hospitality, we take great pride in the diverse and inclusive environment at every single one of our properties. Our employees are a melting pot of different ethnicities, cultures, and sexual orientations. When you walk through the doors of any one of our establishments, know that you'll experience a safe place where you can be unapologetically yourself.

Pride Par-Teas Recap

From the artsy culture scene of Atlanta, to one of the chicest hotels in Nashville, this year we hosted several fun and inclusive Pride events.

Located off the vibrant Ponce de Leon Avenue, our Atlanta's midtown property, Hotel Clermont takes the peachiest pride event of the year. Hotel Clermont partnered with City Winery at Ponce City Market and presented this year's "The Peachies Awards'' ceremony. A magical night that included a swanky rooftop after-party for the local community. They featured fun cocktails, such as the famous Peachy Pride- a peachy-flavored bourbon cocktail created to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community.

Nestled in the heart of Nashville and known for our award-winning hospitality, The Fairlane Hotel was recognized last year by The Gay Travel Awards as the Best Gay-Friendly Boutique Hotel. It is no wonder The Fairlane celebrated love and equality with their 2023 Pride Series.

Each Saturday night in June, The Fairlane hosted Saturday Night Divas where local LQBTQ+ DJs ignited a fire on the dance floor and played classic hits by some of the most iconic artists. And the beats didn't stop there. Haute Tea Dance rooftop parties also took place every Sunday from 2:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M. at the Fairlane Penthouse Bar. Tea dances date back to the 1950s and, on Sundays, offered the LQBTQ+ community a safe place to be authentic in a world where being gay was not allowed. This year's Haute Tea Dance featured some of the hottest local DJs, like DJ Girl Friday, one of the minds behind the queer and local Nashville, QDP (Queer Dance Party). In attendance this year were also Nashville's HOUSQUAKE, Afrosheen and DAME LUZ. For Nashville's Pride Weekend, Fairlane also had a Pride Festival Room Package. It included a drink voucher redeemable at Ellington’s or the Penthouse bar, as well as a swag bag with goodies from local LQBTQ+-owned or operated businesses.

Anything Goes, Everyone's Welcome

Oliver Hospitality is proud of the inspiration that goes into the planning of these events. A Lot of the people behind the creative process of these events are proud members and allies of the LQBTQ+ family. Which is why we live by the motto, “Anything Goes, Everyone’s Welcome”. We hope you can stay with us and pick from lots of fun and exciting events coming up throughout the year.
