Bubbly Brunch is Back at the Brasserie

Come celebrate the start of spring with the return of Tiny Lou’s signature brunch cocktails and southern classics every Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM - 3 PM.

Whether you’re in the mood to start your day with a hearty item like our Duck Confit & Belgian Waffles or something on the lighter side like our toasted Tartine Flambé - there’s something on the menu for every palette at our Atlanta brasserie.

Chef Novak and his team have thoughtfully assembled a brunch menu featuring new items with the signature Tiny Lou’s flare as well as an assortment of fan favorites.

“The Sandwich” is an ode to the French classic Jambon Beurre made with fresh burrata, imported Parisian ham and watercress on a toasty baguette. Or make sure to try our chef-recommended Croque Madame, made of thinly sliced ham, melted cheese sandwiched between two pieces of toast with a fried egg to top it off.

Don’t leave Tiny Lou’s without trying one of our handcrafted cocktails like our Gold Rush, similar to a whiskey sour but with a dash of honey and a hint of whiskey. If you’d prefer a non-alcoholic beverage that is still refreshing, our zero-proof Strawberry Spritz is for you. And for a limited time, we are welcoming all brunch patrons back with a complimentary mimosa!

Bring your favorite person and come enjoy a perfectly assembled brunch this weekend!

Meet Tiny Lou’s Executive Chef Jon Novak

If you get lucky while dining at Tiny Lou’s or walking around Hotel Clermont, you may catch a glimpse of one of the stars of our kitchen, Executive Chef Jon Novak, who alongside our Executive Pastry Chef Charmain works passionately to create delicious fare.

Chef Novak, who has spent 16 of his 32 years working in the culinary industry, moved from California to join the Oliver Hospitality team. His vision for Tiny Lou’s, or as Chef Novak calls it, “Lou’s”, is two-pronged consistency - amazing service and delicious food. He prides himself in what he does and wants Tiny Lou's patrons to fully be able to count on us to deliver great dining experiences to all, day in and day out.

When he’s not in the kitchen, Chef Novak can be found thumbing through the used records section of the local record shop, enjoying anything to do with tennis or sipping a glass of wine under a shaded patio somewhere warm, his idea of a perfect day.

Be sure to stay on the lookout for his Pâté en Croûte, utilizing local ingredients and being perfected each day! Check out the rest of our brunch menu at Tiny Lou’s.

Tiny Lou’s is a swinging French-American brasserie located downstairs at Hotel Clermont. Presenting a palate-pleasing approach to French favorites, Tiny Lou's uses seasonal and local provisions that are complemented by a French-focused wine list.
