During a pandemic, Oliver Hospitality created a new revenue center by utilizing underperforming space and marketing to a new demographic.

By revitalizing the underperforming hotel space, Oliver Hospitality was able to create a new revenue stream within Fairlane Hotel.  This space was reimagined and transitioned into a seasonal pop-up bar beginning in December 2020 and was presented as the place to go and been seen in Nashville.
