Our venues are stunning each in their individual way, accommodating events for all occasions. Most of our hotel restaurants and bars have a perfectly tailored menu with various delicious options. However, the menus are still customizable to your dietary and allergy restrictions. If you need a more customizable menu to fit your event’s nutritional needs, you may work one-on-one with any of our top chefs to create a menu you are happy with.

Here, you can choose from eight exclusive indoor and outdoor spaces customized to fit all your needs. Our available areas include an outdoor amphitheater tucked away in a grove surrounded by Monterey Pines and seats up to 40- perfect for a small destination wedding. Our conference halls accommodate groups of up to 45 and feature break-out rooms, secluded patios with sliding doors and private restrooms. Marconi’s most significant indoor meeting space, Buck Hall, has been newly renovated and holds a capacity of 100+ guests. With its floor-to-ceiling windows, it is doused in natural lighting and has the most stunning views of the bay below. Want the entire place to yourself?  The entire venue is available for up to 250 guests!

South Lake Tahoe has the ideal combination of leisure and action for those with an adventurous soul. Make Station House Inn your dream wedding destination, where you can live out your summer camp romance. This retro-themed boutique lodge was recently refurbished to include wood paneled ceilings and custom 70s-era furniture and, although surrounded by trees, is walking distance from a private South Lake Tahoe beach. It is available for reservation blocks and full hotel buyouts and with 90+ guest rooms, it can accommodate larger groups. If you are looking for the next picture-perfect spot to say your “I Do’s,” beautiful beachfront ceremony spaces are only minutes’ walking distance from the hotel. The Oliver Hotel is an elegant, modern Southern hotel. It has 40 newly renovated rooms and offers a variety of timeless event spaces that can accommodate small, medium and large groups alike. Look no further than the Grand Ballroom, a luxurious hall with impressive crystal chandeliers ideal for an intimate, black-tie affair or lavish wedding. It can accommodate up to 299 attendees but can also split up into smaller meeting spaces for smaller gatherings. Our beautiful outdoor patio has a capacity of up to 100+ for birthday celebrations and dinner parties. Like straight out of an old black and white film, The Oliver Hotel of Knoxville sits in the heart of downtown Knoxville, seemingly untouched. This award-winning boutique hotel may have been renovated, but it still pays homage to the building’s diverse history. From starting as a bakery to a drugstore and then onto a dancing hall, the moment in time seems to stand from what the building looked like in 1876- when it was first built. This 28-room hotel is the perfect venue for hosting your next private event. Its ideal location encompasses everything we love about small-town USA. For those looking for the perfect venue to rent out in its entirety, look no further, as this hotel is available for buyouts. Our onsite restaurant, the Oliver Royale, can cater to groups of up to 85 guests or 65 seated dinner guests. We also offer out the historic gem, Peter Kern Library. Knoxville’s only speakeasy style bar with a generous selection of some of Tennessee’s best Whiskey and Bourbon, of course, perfect for a more intimate setting and events such as bridal showers, rehearsal dinners or birthday cocktails. It can comfortably host up to 40 attendees.

Nashville may be known to many for its live music, party atmosphere and finger-licking-good hot chicken. Still, Nashville is also home to various gorgeous architecture and historic buildings. The 401 Union Street location of the Fairlane Hotel Nashville, by Oliver, is no exception. This modern, 12-story building is extra unique with its wraparound rooftop terrace that offers stunning city views day and night. Our Penthouse bar is available for private events and offers indoor and outdoor space for partial buyouts. It includes a built-in service bar and a dynamic sound system; the entire Penthouse can hold up to 100 guests. For a full buyout, our modern Lobby Bar has large windows that bring lots of natural lighting into your reception space and can hold up to 50 people. We also offer a couple of business rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, flexible seating for up to 30, and LCD projectors and projector walls. But our most popular event space fully available for buyout is our renowned restaurant, Ellington’s. Located on the 4th floor, this retro-modern dining area offers delicious and carefully curated food menus and cocktails for your social occasion. You can host up to 75 people and even offer a private dining area for smaller events, such as engagements, that can seat up to 16.


Known for its old-timey-movie-theater influenced sign, Hotel Clermont is an iconic landmark in its artsy Atlanta neighborhood and has been the backdrop for countless social media influencers. Sitting on the well-known Ponce de Leon Avenue within Atlanta’s Beltline, this captivating hotel was built in 1924 and has seen its share of historical movements. Which is what makes this a hot spot for big-city events. Hotel Clermont is very popular for its exquisite rooftop, with a 360-degree skyline view of the Greater Atlanta area. The rooftop can hold up to 200 attendees at your next cocktail reception. Our French-American brasserie Tiny Lou’s, is also available for booking and can seat up to 80 guests. For our smaller conferences or meetings, we have several conference areas for groups of 10-14. And our modern Butterfly Room is perfect for your next engagement, accommodating up to 50 guests.
